Looking for Alaska by: John green
Summary - Miles Halter is fascinated by famous last words - and tired of his safe life at home. He leaves for boarding school to seek what the dying poet Francois Rabelais called the "Great Perhaps." Much awaits Miles at Culver Creek, including Alaska Young. Clever, funny, screwed-up and dead sexy, Alaska will pull Miles into her labyrinth and catapult him into the Great Perhaps.
Plot - I would definitely say that the plot was pretty good. It is, I don't wanna say generic, but its kinda your typical teenage life, and I like that. For most of the book it was amazing and then it got to what I would consider the climax and was down hill from there. It had its up points but then went back down.
Characters - The characters were also your typical teenager, well in my town anyway, :P. But back to the story, the characters were very well described and I knew how they felt about each other through the whole story. I could sense what they were saying just by the image that I had gotten.
I would definitely say that others should read it because it was amazing. It had parts that I could help but just burst out and laugh, and I would look up and my mom would give me this look like your crazy, but its sad, funny, and just all together an emotional roller coaster.

I bought this a while back and I really need to read it soon!
It was good but I was kinda disappointed with the ending I thought that it could have been so much better.
